Founder & Collaborator
Meg is the curator behind Hump Day Thrift. With a love for thrifting and a keen eye for texture and quality, she’s always on the hunt for pieces that spark joy.
A full-time yoga therapist and part-time treasure seeker, Meg started Hump Day Thrift after a life shift that nudged her to create something of her own—an inviting space where everyone can get over the hump in style and feel good in what they wear, no matter their identity, shape, or age.
She lives in Calgary with her two dogs, Chips and Ripley.

Bead Queen
Dana landed in Calgary in 2022. A true queen of creative pursuits, she’s always got something crafty on the go—felt birthday hats for dogs (inspired by her own pup Fern), cozy Christmas ornaments, rock painting with patients at AHS, and weekend drawing dates with her partner Mark’s niece (most recently, a very charming vegetable garden). What started as handmade gifts for friends and family quickly turned into a full-blown creative obsession—blossoming into the daisy bracelets for purchase at our pop ups!

Meg’s parents—and biggest cheerleaders—are always ready to jump in, often with a helping hand and their trusty heavy-duty truck. If you spot them on site, be sure to give them a heartfelt thank you—Hump Day Thrift wouldn’t be what it is without them.
Stephan runs on a large latte, while Andrea prefers a medium Earl Grey tea latte, half sweet.
